Turn the message you have open into a quick overview of the key points and next steps.
A summary uses the open message and any quoted text supplied with it. It does not automatically fetch every message in a conversation. Always check important details.
Questions about your inbox · Plus and Pro
Ask Botson about the subjects, senders and previews in your recent inbox.
This action uses up to 30 recent inbox previews, within a bounded request size. It does not search your complete archive or read every full message.
Saved writing preferences · Pro
Save your preferred writing style so Botson has the same starting guidance for future requests.
Saved preferences guide AI output, but they are not a guarantee. Review every suggestion before using it.

Allowances follow the paid billing period. Request sizes are bounded and unused actions do not add unlimited processing capacity.

Save a signature for each address and add it to a new message or reply.
You manage signatures in your account. Review the selected From address and your final message before sending.
Automatic and recoverable drafts · Every plan
Automatic saving and local recovery help protect your unfinished work.
Local recovery depends on the browser and device retaining its saved data. It is not a promise of permanent storage or offline mail access.
Durable Outbox status · Every plan
Check accepted and uncertain send attempts in your Outbox.
Accepted means the provider accepted the send request. It does not prove delivery to the recipient or that the message was read.
Installable phone and desktop app · Every plan
Use BotPostbox in your browser, or install it from a supported browser on your phone or computer.
An internet connection and an active subscription are required for mail access. Installation options depend on your browser and device.

Before you jump in.
Do I need a new email address?+
No. BotPostbox is a workspace for your connected mailboxes. Available Gmail and Microsoft connection options are shown during setup.
Will the AI send emails for me?+
AI actions produce drafts, summaries and suggestions. You review your outgoing messages and choose when to send.
What counts as an AI action?+
A completed draft, rewrite, summary or inbox question counts as one action. Request sizes are bounded. A failed AI response does not use an action. Your allowance follows the paid billing period.
What happens if I cancel?+
You can cancel future renewals through your billing account. Your paid access normally continues until the end of that billing period. After access expires, BotPostbox directs you to renewal. Your original email provider remains separate.
Can I install it on my phone?+
Yes, supported browsers can install BotPostbox as a progressive web app. On iPhone, open it in Safari and use Add to Home Screen. On Android, look for Install app in your browser menu. Mail access requires an internet connection and an active subscription.
Can I change plans later?+
Open your account to manage billing and available plan changes. The payment screen shows any charge before you confirm. Higher plans unlock more mailboxes and AI features.
